pleased to offer RE-PLY webbing and braided cord programs made from
100% recycled polyester yarn.
The recycling
process involves reformulating waste and post consumer plastics into a
100% recycled chip which is then extruded into yarn and manufactured into
RE-PLY finished products.
Every
pound of recycled
polyester yarn used in RE-PLY products reduces raw materials usage and
energy consumption by 61,000 BTU’s, the equivalent of 0.5 gallons of
gasoline.
We have developed a documentation process for our material sources that details waste and post consumer recycled content
breakdown; this is your assurance of the integrity of RE-PLY
product claims.
